How do I search for a rental property?

Open the app and use the Search screen. Select your City and Locality from the dropdowns, then tap Search. Use the filter panel to narrow results by property type (Residential / Commercial / Coworking), budget, area, and amenities.
How do I list my property on RentoSmart?

Tap List Your Space from the home screen or navigation menu. You must be signed in first. Fill in the 5-step listing wizard: basic details → workspace info (if coworking) → building details → pricing → review and submit. Your listing will go live after our team approves it (usually within 24 hours).
How do I create an account?

Tap Login / Sign Up in the app. Switch to the Sign Up tab and enter your name, email, and a password. You can also sign up instantly with Google or Facebook. A verification email may be sent to confirm your address.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
▾
On the Login screen tap Forgot Password?. Enter the email address you registered with and tap Send Reset Link. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a password-reset email from RentoSmart. Follow the link to set a new password.
How do I contact a property owner?

Open a property's detail page and scroll down to the Contact Owner section. Fill in your name, email, phone, and a short message, then tap Send Enquiry. Alternatively tap the WhatsApp button to connect directly via WhatsApp.
Why is my listing still showing as "Pending"?

All new listings are reviewed by our team before going live. This normally takes 24–48 business hours. You will receive a notification once your listing is approved or if any changes are required. You can check the status under My Properties.
How do I edit or delete my listing?

Go to My Properties from the menu. Find the listing you want to update. Tap Edit to modify details, or tap Delete (confirmed with a dialog) to remove the listing permanently.
Is RentoSmart available outside India?
▾
Currently RentoSmart focuses exclusively on the Indian rental market. Properties, pricing (₹ INR), and city data are India-specific. We plan to expand to more regions in the future.
How do I delete my account and data?

To request account deletion and removal of your personal data, email us at
support@rentosmart.com with the subject line
"Account Deletion Request" and the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 7 business days in accordance with our
Privacy Policy.
